Our Executive Chef, Tim Johnston, has specialized in group dining for over 25 years! In his time at Antiochian Village, Chef Tim has constructed a variety of menus and meal packages that are customizable for any budget or event. We are able to offer a variety of dining options ranging from cafeteria style to a full, sit down banquet, depending on your group's needs. Along with that, Chef Tim has a vast knowledge of food allergies and food handling techniques. Rest assured that guests with dietary restrictions will not miss a meal at Antiochian Village.

Arabesque Dinner

Featuring a Middle Eastern Menu, Arabesque is a unique dining experience prepared by The Cedars at Antiochian Village. This a seasonal, reservation only, dinner is offered every other Thursday from April through October by reservation only. Served in our indoor Museum Courtyard, diners will experience the flavor of: Hummus, tabooli and baba ghanouj to start, followed by stuffed grape leaves, kibbee, meat and spinach pies, rice pilaf, loobyeh and more. Rice custard, ghoraibee cookies and baklava provide a sweet ending.
