2013 Registration

Alarm ClockIt's time to register for Summer Camp 2013.

If the summer of 2012 was any indication, the summer of 2013 is guaranteed to be unbelievable.  Below, we have provided the basic directions for registering.  Please note that there are different instructions for returning campers, new camper and Counselors-in-Training.  If you are in need of scholarship assistance, please check with your parish priest for possibly receiving a St Ignatius Scholarship.  If you still need further assistance, please complete our Additional Scholarship Request Form and submit it to our office.  We are not launching Byzantine Chant Camp yet.  Please check back with us soon for more information regarding Byzantine Chant Camp.  If you are planning to register, please read these important notes:

RETURNING Campers

1)      Username

When you go to register, please note that if you were at camp in the last year or two you are already in our database.  Therefore, we already have an email address on file that you submitted as your family's primary email address.  This “primary family email address” is your username.

2)      Password

Our computer has randomly assigned you a temporary password unless you set one previously.  You should have received your password an email from us the first week of December.  In the event that you do not remember your password, fear not, click on the link that says you forgot your password and follow the instructions.  As a result, within a few minutes your temporary password will be emailed to you and then you may login.

3)      Changing your Password and other Account Info

Please note that you may then go into "Account Options" and change your password and any other information.  Please do not just try to create an entirely new entry, because then we will have multiple problems with your registration and you will have a great deal more work to do.

4)      When is my registration complete?

Please note that the registration process is not complete until the $100 deposit payment has been made.  If you are registering online, you must pay with a credit card.   As verification of the registration process (that a spot has been reserved at camp for you or your child), you will receive an email confirmation and an email receipt of payment.  If any of these items is missing, please contact our office (724-238-9565) to verify that you are in fact registered.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - during the registration process there will be a screen entitled "Security Warning" with the question: "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?"  You must click the box "NO" in order for the system to work properly.  This will not transmit your credit card information in an unsecure manner.  Instead it will allow our button "PROCESS PAYMENT" to appear, otherwise you will not be able to complete your registration.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

For NEW Campers

If you have not been to the Antiochian Village, you will set up a new account and simply follow the instructions on the screen.  Please take note of item number 4 above regarding when your registration is considered complete.

For ALL Campers

1)      St. Ignatius Parish Scholarships

Each parish of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese has $700 in scholarship funds from the Order of St. Ignatius to assign to young people from their parish to attend any of the eight camping programs in the Antiochian Archdiocese.  If you have need of scholarship, please first contact your parish priest to see about the availability of the Order of St Ignatius Scholarship.

2)      Additional Scholarships

At the Antiochian Village, we do have some additional scholarship resources.  If you need an additional scholarship, you must download the Additional Scholarship Request Form from our website, complete it in its entirety, and send it to our office with a postmark of no later than March 1, 2013.

3)      Paper Registration Forms

For those who would prefer to download registration forms and mail or fax them to us, please visit our Forms page for all registration materials.

For CITs (Counselors-In-Training)

For the young men and women ages 17-18, you may apply to be a Counselor-In-Training (commonly referred to as a CIT).  To apply as a CIT, you must download an application from our Forms page.  Please complete the application in its entirety, make certain that your parish priest completes the recommendation form, and you have the reference forms completed by a teacher/coach and a personal reference and everything is turned in to our office by March 1, 2013.
