Villedge Adventures Staff

Villedge Adventures StaffVilledge Adventures Staff Villedge Adventures are two one-week trips during the summer that are designed specifically for older teens (16-18), giving them a good foundation as they stand on the edge of adulthood by allowing them to experience Orthodoxy in the world and learn how to apply it and make it part of their everyday lives. As a staff member, you would serve as a guide and a counselor to your campers while participating in all of the activities with them.

Four Villedge Roadtrip staff will accompany up to 18 campers, driving two vans as the group journeys through Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. In addition to standard duties of supervision, our hope is that the staff will guide the campers in both understanding our heritage, but more importantly, applying what they've learned about where they come from to better plan for who they will become as they grow and mature.

At least two Extreme Villedge staff will accompany up to 18 campers as they challenge themselves with a 3 day hike, cave exploring, white water rafting, biking, and our Challenge Course. Staff should be in good physical condition. Experience in the outdoor activities of the trip is required.

All Villedge Adventure staff must hold current certifications in both CPR and First Aid. Some staff may be asked for higher levels of First Aid, depending on the need of the particular trip.
